elbow loads behind. Hands do not load back

How would you load your hands if you were standing at home plate and you got in your stance and threw the bat as far as you could into centerfield? Although this would be a little extreme for some players it can help break old patterns. Another way is think about if you had a tennis racket in your top hand and a tennis ball in your bottom hand and you stood at home plate and flipped the tennis ball up in the air and tried to hit the tennis ball as far as you could into the outfield with just your top hand on the racket. What about if you had a frisbee in your top hand and you tried to throw it as far as you could. Put yourself on the edge of a lake with a  rock in your top hand. How would your top hand work to skip the rock on the lake. My last analogy is if you stood at home plate with a baseball in your top hand and you threw the ball into centerfield side arm. These are all examples of ways to feel your body working the way it should in the swing. Watch Asdrubal Cabrera's throwing arm in the gif below and compare his right arm to the actions you see in the other gif's of the hitters right arm. This is only an introduction to this topic but compare their actions to your current swing.
